Musical Improv
All Musical Improv courses meet weekly for 8 weeks in a row, unless otherwise noted, e.g. for holidays. All Adult Improv courses are for adults (18+), out of high school.

Musical Improv 1
This series provides a foundation of the skills and understanding that lead to successful musically improvised songs.
In this 8-week course we'll:
Cover stepping stones to improvising songs
Learn some musical improv games to practice the skills
Build confidence in singing and improvising musically
Develop an understanding of song structure and types of songs
Strengthen musicality, rhythm, and harmony
Foster emotional expression and creativity in musical improv.

Musical Improv 2
This series builds on the foundational skills you practiced in Musical Improv 1, providing more opportunities for practice and growth.
In this 8-week course we'll:
Practice singing improvised songs in musical improv games
Deepen knowledge of different song styles and purposes
Play with the “rules” and see what it makes sense to break them
Explore nuanced song structures, like the triple-A
Continue singing with confidence and joy
